Dos tortillas de harina, fritas o suaves, rellenas de res o pollo desmenuzado, cubiertas con salsa de queso y crema agria. Se sirven con arroz y frijoles. / Two flour tortillas, fried or soft, filled with shredded beef or chicken, covered with cheese sauce and sour cream. Served with rice and beans.
